Mining, electrical, automation, manufacturing, power, and transportation: The Electra Mining Africa 2022 is a trade show that covers five important industrial sectors. KLINGER South Africa was proudly showcasing the global KLINGER brand and their wide variety of products and services.

Electra Mining Africa is known and admired as the biggest exhibition in these sectors. With five decades of accumulated experience since its inaugural show, Electra Mining Africa has built a strong reputation for its ability to effectively connect people and industries. It is widely known as the ultimate African platform to showcase the latest products, services, technologies, and innovations.

Hosted at the Johannesburg Expo Center on 5th  to 9th of September 2022, KLINGER South Africa exhibited for its first time this year at this specific trade show, with a stand that emphasized the company’s quality in both industry knowledge and product offering for the mining and power generation sector.

Launching KLINGER Engineered Solutions was a highlight for KLINGER South Africa, being the only OEM in Southern Africa that offers a full on-site solution to customers, placing the company as an industry leader in this field. Providing a spectrum of turnaround & shutdown solutions, on-line machining, leak risk management, CTI, and hot tapping services, KLINGER South Africa showcased their offering on an illuminated, interchanging wall display.

Focused product offerings on display included KLINGER pipe products, engineered plastics, expansion joints, gland packings, valves, and the range of gaskets serving the mining and power generation industry.

Welcoming Christoph Klinger-Lohr at the booth

The trade show brought with it even further excitement with the attendance of KLINGER CEO Christoph Klinger-Lohr who joined the staff for a full day. It was nothing short of exhilarating being able to uphold the KLINGER brand with Christoph being present.

On average, the show welcomes 30,000 visitors for the duration of the event and hosts more than 650 competitive companies, ensuring connection with not only thousands of local and international purchasing and influential decision makers but also allowing for new B2B connections as well.
