KLINGER THERMAL INSULATION

KLINGER Thermal Insulation stands as a transformative force across diverse industries, optimizing safety and efficiency in chemical processes, powering the future in energy generation, and acting as a guardian in pulp and paper production. Its versatile impact extends beyond boundaries, contributing to sustainability and operational excellence.

Acoustical & Hot Insulation

Acoustical insulation employs specialized materials to absorb, dampen, or block sound waves, effectively diminishing noise transmission within a designated space. This form of insulation is essential across diverse industries and construction scenarios to foster quieter environments, enhance concentration, and adhere to noise regulations. Conversely, hot insulation is centered on mitigating heat transfer and sustaining temperature control within industrial processes or building systems. Utilizing materials with substantial thermal resistance, hot insulation facilitates energy conservation, boosts operational efficiency, and safeguards both personnel and equipment from the adverse effects of excessive heat exposure. These dual insulation strategies contribute significantly to the creation of more comfortable, safer, and efficient spaces.

Cryogenic & Cold Insulation

KLINGER Valve Jackets

Created specifically for high-temperature applications, KLINGER Valve Jackets are crafted using Teflon-coated glass cloth filled with fibrous and flexible insulation, custom-fitted for each valve size. Installed as a wraparound cover and fastened with stitched-on straps and buckles, they can be effortlessly removed and reinstalled by the customer’s maintenance personnel for routine servicing of mechanical equipment.

ADVANTAGES OF KLINGER THERMAL INSULATION

KLINGER Trace Heating

KLINGER Trace Heating is a heating system designed for the purpose of sustaining or elevating the temperature of pipes and vessels through the utilization of heat tracing cables. These cables typically consist of a resistance wire enclosed within a protective sheath. Upon application of an electrical current to the cable, the resistance wire undergoes heating, generating warmth. This generated heat is subsequently transferred to the pipe or vessel, effectively maintaining it at the desired temperature.
