KLINGER® Quantum is a unique gasket material with highest flexibility at high temperatures.

Basis

High-quality fibre and filler compound bonded in a high temperature resistant HNBR-Matrix.

Areas of application

  • Designed for use at high temperatures.
  • Suitable for use with steam, oils, fuels, water, weak inorganic and organic acids, refrigerants and hydrocarbons.
  • Also available as Quantum FDA which is independently tested and certified with FDA approval and is suitable for use with food.

Properties

  • Unique material bonded with HNBR.
  • Outstanding resistance to steam.
  • Available in sheet form and as cut gaskets.
  • WRAS approved for use in hot and cold potable water.
  • 3xA anti-stick finish on both sides.
  • Special curing technology.
  • Resistant to creep and cold flow.
  • Dimensionally stable.
