OUR RANGE OF KLINGER MAXIPROFILE GASKETS (KAMMPROFILE)

KLINGER Maxiprofile grooved, covered metal gaskets consist of a serrated metallic core with a soft facing material. The Maxiprofile style gasket is mainly used in vessel applications where often the gasket width is limited. Maxiprofile are also often used as an upgrade on applications currently using metal jacketed gaskets due to the improved leak tightness, ease of installation and the possibility of reuse.

The depth and profile of the groove is specially designed to facilitate densification of the facing material and create a very leak tight seal with low gasket stresses.

Maxiprofile gaskets are often used in heat exchangers and can be manufactured with many bar configurations. Maxiprofile gasket cores can also be refurbished and reused.

The following Maxiprofile styles are available:

Maxiprofile LA1
(integral guide ring)

Used for Standard pipework. Lateral profiled joint with guide ring for raised and flat face applications.

Maxiprofile LA2
(no guide ring)

Used for vessels and heat exchangers. Lateral profiled joint without guide ring for male and female, tongue and groove and groove flanges.

Maxiprofile LA3
(loose fitting guide ring)

Used for large diameter standard pipework. Lateral profiled joint with floating guide ring for raised and flat face applications
