KLINGERSIL® C-8200 HIGH CONCENTRATED ACID GASKET

KLINGERSIL® C-8200 is a premium high-pressure gasket which offers more safety in high concentrated acid applications.

Basis

Glass fibres, bonded with special acid-resistant elastomers.

Areas of application

  • Used in a wide range of media including oils, hydrocarbons, alkalis and steam.
  • Carbon-fibre reinforcement greatly improves chemical resistance in alkaline services.
  • Applications where a high-strength, high-integrity seal is required.

Properties

  • Resistant to most mineral acids.
  • Resistant to alkalis, ketone and aldehydes.
  • Resistant to many refrigerants.
  • Resistant to oils, fuels, hydrocarbons etc.
  • Available in sheet form and as cut gaskets.
  • 3xA anti-stick finish on both sides.
