OUR RANGE OF SOFT CUT GASKETS AND SHEETING MATERIAL

KLINGER's sheeting material for soft cut gaskets is based on four product groups: KLINGERSIL®, KLINGER®top-chem, graphite-based gasket materials and KLINGER® Milam.

KLINGER can supply full face and ring gaskets to suit standard flanges or special profiles either off the shelf for common materials or on demand with very quick turnarounds.  Our soft cut gaskets and sheeting range are available in these materials:

Fibre Reinforced Materials

Our range of asbestos-free, calendered sealing materials.

PTFE Materials

Our PTFE-based soft sealing material offering guarantees ultimate chemical resistance and is designed to cater for the majority of gasket applications.

Graphite Laminates

Gaskets on the basis of graphite are suitable for temperatures between -200 °C and up to 460 °C, and offer resistance against a broad range of chemicals.

Glimmer Laminates

This soft sealing material has been specifically designed to master the rigors of high-temperature sealing applications.

Cellulose Fibre

This soft sealing material is commonly used for low temperature (less than 150 °C) automotive applications.

Elastomers

Elastomeric sheet compounds mark the entry level to KLINGER’s sheet-sealing range of products.
